Hello,
sorry for my english but i'm french. I try to use extractface but I can not do it. I installed mozrepl, I put it in start position. However, when I want to use the dump friend function, I just have the Dump friend window open, filename is empty and I can not click dump now. When I close this window, I can not click on dump friends, I have an error message "a process is already running.
Thanks for your help

Hi,
You're the second person to notify this problem for images in XLSX. As it works well on my side, I don't know what's the problem actually. Are you running Windows 10 ? Does it work with HTML report format ?

Hi, yes, i'm running to windows 10. It doesn't work with HTML report format too. When I use HTML report format, I have a cross in place of the image.
Thanks for your help

Were images downloaded in the targeted directory?

Try with a different directory like c:\test (no accent, space or other special char).
If it doesn't work either, here is another thing you can do: - Disable "Delete temp files when finished" in Settings - When Dump is complete, look it the targeted directory, there should be a "temp" directory - Do images exist in that directory?
If not, there is something you can do to be sure to get image. Use HTML report without including icons. When Dump is complete and report is open, use "Save as" function from Firefox for each category. It's not the same as having the image in the XLSX report, but at least, it should do the job.
